THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Can you ship an item if I find something that I absolutely have to have?
    We hope to be able to offer that option very soon. Keep checking back for more updates on this!
  • How do I schedule an appointment with Harley for my hair?
    Go to the Book Online feature and select your desired appointment time and service. You will only be allowed to book if she is available. Please book individual appointments for all members of your family. For example, if you need a men's haircut and a cut for a child look for a time where you can book two back to back slots. If you have further questions, email or call the salon phone number listed in the footer of the website.
  • What sizes of clothing can I expect in the boutique?
    We strive to keep an inventory that will work for most. We believe every body is beautiful and we try to demonstrate that by carrying an array of sizes and women's and children's clothing. We'll also have accessories from jewelry to purses to belts and shoes. We will also carry school specific merchandise for all the Montgomery Central fans!
  • How can I join your email list so I can get notice of sales and offers?
    Go to the bottom of the website page and give us all your info in the Want details section. You'll be added to our list to receive notice of sales and special offers as well as coupons and special events. We promise not to spam you and we wouldn't even think of selling your information.
  • How do I contact the boutique and/or salon?

  • What are the hours for the Boutique?
    Monday: 10am-6pm Tuesday: 10am-6pm Wednesday: 10am-6pm Thursday: 10am-6pm Friday: 10am - 6pm Saturday: 9am-5pm Sunday: 12pm-5pm
  • What days does Harley do hair?
    Monday: 9am-2pm Tuesday: 9am-2pm Wednesday - Thursday 9am-5pm (later appointments available upon request) Friday: 9am-2pm Saturday - 9am-4pm
  • What services are offered at Charming Lane Boutique?
    We have a barber (Bayly) who offers the full barber treatment as well as offers perms. Hannah Greene Esthetics offers skincare treatments, spray tans, facial waxing, eyelash extensions, and eyebrow tints. Fluidity IV Therapy is housed in the boutique as well. You can receive IV hydration and infusions, vitamin injections, semiglutide shots for weightloss, or shop the pharmaceutical grade skincare: Obagi.
